Welcome to Karpaa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website www.karpaa.in ("Site") and buying our fashion products. By visiting our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.

 If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our Site.

1. Who Can Use Our Site?

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our Site.
  • Provide accurate information when registering or checking out.
  • Keep your account password safe—you're responsible for all activity on your account.
  • We can suspend or close accounts anytime for violations without notice.

2. Our Products & Orders

Product Details 
  • Colours & Images: We try to show accurate colours, but your screen may show them differently. Fabric shades may vary slightly.
  • Sizes: Refer to our size charts. We can't guarantee perfect fit for all body types.
  • Availability: Products can sell out anytime. We may limit quantities per customer.
Pricing & Payment
  • Prices shown exclude taxes and shipping (added at checkout).
  • GST included where applicable.
  • Payments processed securely by Razor pay, Stripe, PayPal or other gateways.
  • We don't store full card details—handled by payment processors.
Order Process 
  • You place order → We confirm by email → We ship.
  • We can cancel orders for pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues.
  • You'll get email notification if we cancel.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days across India.
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable, shown at checkout.
  • Check on Delivery: Inspect package immediately. Report issues within 48 hours.
  • Delays: Weather, strikes, or courier issues may cause delays—we're not responsible.

6. What You Agree NOT to Do

❌Don't:

  • Use Site for illegal activities
  • Upload viruses or hack the Site
  • Post abusive or fake reviews
  • Use bots/scrapers to copy content
  • Resell without permission Violations = Account suspension

7. Reviews & Photos You Share

  • Reviews must be genuine—no fake reviews.
  • By posting photos/reviews, you give us permission to use them for marketing.
  • We can edit or remove reviews anytime.

8. Intellectual Property (Designs & Content)

  • All designs, logos, photos on Site belong to Karpaa.
  • Personal use only—don't copy or sell our designs.
  • Customer photos: You grant us license to use (with credit).

9. Links to Other Websites

  • We link to social media, payment gateways, blogs.
  • We're not responsible for their content or policies.
  • Review their terms before using.

10. Website Errors & Changes

  • Prices/images may have errors—we can correct them.
  • We can change products/prices without notice.
  • Site provided "as is"—may have downtime.

11. Our Responsibility (Liability Limited)

To keep it simple:

  • We're responsible for products as described.
  • NOT responsible for: lost profits, screen colour differences, delivery delays, indirect damages.
  • Maximum liability = your order amount.

12. Legal Stuff (Governing Law)

  • Laws of India apply.
  • Jaipur, Rajasthan courts have jurisdiction.
  • Try to resolve disputes amicably first.

13. When These Terms End

  • We can suspend access for violations.
  • Payments owed must still be paid.
  • Some rules survive (like IP licenses).

14. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update Terms—new version posted here. 
  • Continued use = acceptance of changes.
  • Check back periodically.
