Refund policy
We value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange terms below:
Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels and tag loops must be intact and attached to the product.
- No return or exchange is allowed on Clearance Sale / Final Sale products, except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not made to the original payment method.
- All approved refunds are issued only as Store Credit (coupon/credit) that can be used on future purchases.
- A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted as processing and logistics charges from the refundable amount.
- Store credit will be valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
- Refund will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check at our facility.
Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange for your product at any time, subject to stock availability and approval by our team. The policy is customer-friendly but protects the brand from repeated logistics costs.
- Defective or damaged items (on receipt) will be exchanged free of cost after verification.
- First exchange for size issue on an order is free of cost (no extra delivery charge).
- All further exchanges (second time onwards for the same order) will be chargeable with a ₹200 delivery fee per exchange.
- Exchanges are allowed, but only one free exchange per order; any additional exchanges will be chargeable as mentioned above.
- Before placing a size-related exchange request, you must first contact our support team. Approval of size exchange and applicable charges will depend on your reason for exchange and current stock availability.
- Exchange requests will be processed only if the product is in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and tag loop intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Share your order number and clear photos of the full product, the tags and tag loop, and the packaging (for damaged/defective claims).
- Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address.
Pickup, Shipping & Quality Check
- We usually arrange pickup within 48 working hours from your address (serviceable pin codes only).
- Please pack the product securely in the original packaging. If original packaging is not available, use any sturdy, well-sealed packaging.
- The pickup executive may perform a basic quality check at the time of pickup and can refuse pickup if the product does not meet basic conditions.
- Final quality check will be done at our warehouse. If the product fails QC (used, washed, damaged, missing tags or tag loop), refund or exchange will not be processed.
Clearance / Final Sale Products
- Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or heavy discount events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Only if such a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, it will be eligible for an exchange of the same product/size, subject to stock availability.
Tag Loop & Condition
- All products are shipped with a tag loop attached. This is mandatory for return or exchange eligibility.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the tag loop is removed, cut, broken, or tampered with; if the product shows signs of use, wear, alterations, washing, or damage; or if the product is returned without original tags, labels or necessary accessories.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product, tags, and packaging for verification.
- After verification, we will process a free replacement or exchange as applicable.
General Terms
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on our policy and quality checks.
- Multiple items from different orders cannot be combined in a single return or exchange request.
- If our courier partner is not serviceable at your pin code, we may ask you to selfship and may reimburse shipping up to a fixed limit, subject to prior approval.
