1. Where We Ship

  • Domestic: All India (serviceable pin codes only).
  • International: Currently not available.
  • Remote Areas: Extra charges may apply for North-East, J&K, Andaman/Nicobar. We'll notify you before dispatch.

DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post

  • Selected automatically based on pin code.
  • Tracking shared via WhatsApp/Email post-dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Process

✅ What to Expect: 

  • Double-packed in waterproof box for protection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available (select areas).
  • Delivery between 10 AM - 8 PM.

✅ On Delivery: 

  • Inspect package before signing.
  • Check contents, tags, condition.
  • Refuse if damaged/wrong—don't accept.

❌ We Can't Deliver To: 

  • PO Boxes
  • Unverifiable addresses

8. What If There's a Problem?

Proof Required: Unboxing video, photos of packaging/product/tags.


9. Important Notes

  • Force Majeure: Delays due to weather, strikes, festivals not our responsibility.
  • Customs/Duties: International (future) borne by customer. • Multiple Orders: Shipped separately unless combined.
  • Returns: Shipping fees non-refundable (see Return Policy).
